Ok so you found a pair of earrings you love... now what?

When purchasing earrings, you'll receive free standard shipping within the Continental United States. If you need your earrings quicker, you are welcome to purchase upgraded shipping methods. 

Ok so you recieved your earrings and they just don't live up to your hopes and dreams... now what?

As tragic as it is to purchase something you don't end up absolutely loving, here you are welcome to return your earrings. As long as the earrings are returned in the same condition they were mailed in within 14 days, you'll receive a refund minus 50% of the cost of the shipping for the return. Feel free to contact me via my "Contact Me" page and I will email you a shipping label. the Shipping label is purchased based on the assumption that you will be returning hte earrings in the same packaging or packaging of equivelant size from the location they were shipped to. You will be responsible for additional costs if the shipping is more than calculated based on the provisions above. All agreed costs above for return shipping that the Customer is responsible for will be deducted from the Refund amount.
