Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Absolutely! All of our earrings are handmade in small batches using polymer clay and hypoallergenic metals, making them comfortable for sensitive ears. However, individual sensitivities can vary. Please note that Mint to Be Crafty Designs cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions should they occur. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at mint2becrafty@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping labels are for returns sent from the original delivery address and packaging. Additional shipping costs for mismatched packaging may be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for seasonal holiday items within 14 days of the holiday or after the holiday has passed.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at mint2becrafty@gmail.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Mint to Be Crafty Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’re always happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

Do you accept exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. However, we do ship to the European Union and honor the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers. If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. We offer free standard USPS shipping on all orders over $35 within the continental United States. For orders under $35, shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

If you need your order faster, upgraded shipping options, including expedited delivery, are available at the customer’s expense and can also be selected at checkout.

All orders come with shipment tracking to monitor your package’s progress at every step. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are always open to exploring collaborations for custom orders, events, or special occasions. Our pieces are handmade in small batches, allowing us to create something truly unique for you.
